What I love about Dubsado is that you can set up different actions without lifting a finger — everything is listed under the Workflow Action dropdown. I can customize the status, add tags, send emails or forms, and even send invoices and contracts! 

But that’s not all. I can pause workflows or hold actions until the client or I take action. Plus, I can start a different workflow based on triggers like project completion or a form being submitted. This is incredibly helpful! And if I need to send a reminder, I can automatically set it up to send emails after a certain period.

I have tested many client management software options, but Dubsado is the best when it comes to sustainability. HoneyBook may have the basic things you need in its workflow section, but those won’t be sustainable in the long run if you want to upscale your business. Dubsado does it best for me, and it can do more for you.
